What are the normal hours of operation?
We are open Wednesday & Thursday 5pm-10pm and have live music for no cover (unless stated on the website) in the “SideBar” or SideBar Patio (weather permitting) on those nights. Friday and Saturday night we have “ticketed” shows and Free Shows depending on the event. We open at 5 pm on Friday & Saturday and at Noon on Sundays! those days for everyone and at Concert Door Times, you must have a ticket to the show to stay! What are the ticketing options at 4 Star Concert Hall?
You can purchase GA tickets and tables are on a first come first serve basis. You can purchase VIP Mezzanine individual tickets, where you are guaranteed and assigned a seat in our balcony. (if you buy 2 seats you will be sitting with 2 other people you might not know, but we find everyone is really nice!) You can purchase a VIP TABLE which is located downstairs in the front row for up to 4 people. The price of the table is for 1-4 people, we don’t split these tables up although you can buy more than one table to add seats. You can access our ticketing site, etix, via our website calendar page
Where can I buy tickets?
Advanced tickets can be purchased through our website www.4starbrenham.com/calendar. You can also purchase tickets in our box office to avoid online fees when we are open for business. If tickets still remain, they can be purchased at the door the night of the show.
I already purchased tickets and have a question, who can I contact?

Where do I park and how much does it cost?
All parking at 4 Star Concert Hall is free, downtown parking on the side of the building on Commerce Street
and throughout downtown within walking distance.
How can I retrieve something I lost, left or forgot?
Please email us with a brief description or come by during normal hours of operation to see if it has been turned in. If you left a credit card with our bar, please email us with your name and contact information. email@example.com
Does 4 Star Concert Hall have a bar?
Yes, 4 Star Concert Hall & SideBar has a full bar including beers, wines and a full list of spirits. You are welcome to walk up to the bar or we have servers on most nights. On Friday and Saturday Nights, the bar is open to only ticketed customers once the doors to the show open. (see website for Door times)
You will have an opportunity to purchase tickets at
the Box Office if you want to stay for the show!
Does 4 Star have a Dress Code?
No Swimsuits, Shirts & Shoes Required.
Does 4 Star have a kitchen?
Not Yet! For now, we offer a rotating array of fantastic Food Trucks on Thursday-Sunday!

Do you have any age restrictions?
Teens ages 13+ are permitted into 4 Star Concert Hall for a ticketed show and must have their own ticket and be accompanied by a legal parent or guardian. The SideBar does not allow anyone under 21.
When is your box office open?
How do I get my tickets?
Tickets are “paperless” (on your phone), print at home, are available on a Will Call List, Mail to home, or Printed in Box office. Tickets can be redeemed at the door by you or whomever you specified during the purchasing process. All you need is this ticket confirmation or a photo ID for 4 Star to expedite your entrance to the show. If you have a question about your ticket, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
What is the concert etiquette policy?
We want everyone to be relaxed and have a great experience. Our shows range from dancing and rock’n’roll to classical and singer-songwriters, so the norms may change per show. If you are not quite sure what to do, here is a good rule: go by what other concertgoers are doing. If they are clapping, singing and dancing then you should, too; but, if they are sitting quietly and listening intently to every sound then you probably should, too.
What is your video/camera/recording policy?
The recording policy is set by each artist. Most local shows may be recorded as long as it is not disruptive to the patrons or talent. Most touring
artist have restrictions that do not allow for any type of recording device during a show.

If we are doing a live stream taping of the concert, which will be noted on our website and ticket site,
there is no filming or photography allowed at all.
